List of documents for admission

Required documents:

1) an application addressed to the rector;
2) a copy of the identity card (3 copies);
3) notarized copies of education documents with attachments (bachelor / specialist diplomas and master / graduate residences);
4) a notarized copy of  passing english test certificate, TOEFL - not less than 460 points, IELTS - not less than 6.0 (if available);
5) a receipt for payment through the Halyk's Bank of the RK for the entrance examination in a foreign language (except for those who have provided a foreign language certificate, TOEFL, IELTS);
6) list of scientific and methodical works;
7) a letter of recommendation from a place of work or study at a higher educational institution on an official form (may be in the form of an extract from the  meeting of the Academic Council of the Faculty / University);
8) medical certificate by form No. 086-U with fluorography, certified in the Students' Polyclinic of Almaty city or the Medical Center of KazNU;
9) personal sheet on personnel registration (original) and a notarized copy of the document confirming work experience;
10) an extract on the availability of pension contributions for the period of time indicated as a time of work (only for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who are enrolled for training under the state educational order);
11) 6 photos in the size 3x4;
12) copies of author's certificates and awards received in the process of training, as well as documents confirming participation in olympiads, contests and competitions, including international, republican, scientific (if available);
13) letter-direction from the organization on the official form (for persons entering the targeted training program).
